  • Expert support for Integrated business planning operational model design for Big Russian Metallurgy company (defined hypothesis for business case).​
  • 4 projects for personnel reduction project in Mining and metals (reduced personnel by 15-20%)​.
  • Developing business case for repair and maintenance outsourcing project for metals company.​
  • Training 120 Lean experts from 6 entities of the Big Russian Metallurgy company to do diagnostics and focused improvements. General results are 7-8% of improvements in throughput after 4 months project.​
  • Diagnostic in small US based mining company to define improvement opportunities. Had hands on experience in diagnostic and improvements implementation which led to +5% in 4 months.
  • Defined design of Continuous Improvement system, targets, maturity matrix and deployed in 47 entities in 3 years​.
We created system of CI which involved directors, managers and employees into idea generation, Kaizen events, 5S. We implemented our own educational program to improve scientific thinking (50k people trained) and launched Green belt certification program (10 people certified). We trained around 100 trainers to teach employees at mines, power plants and distribution companies. ​

Every year efficiency improvement was around 3-5% of annual cost. In average 23% of people are involved into idea generation (upto 70% in some entities).​

  • Developed methodology and process design for investment management in major Mining and Metals company in Kazakhstan. Participated as expert.​

Lean in Postal industry

Service quality improvement project for major parcel company in Ukraine with following results: ​

5S implementation in 18 sorting center and 93 depots.

Lean in Power Generation and utilities

  • Defined concept, designed improved processes, defined mathematical model and IT requirements of the project to reduce maintenance and development costs and at the same time improve reliability. ​
  • Worked with group of experts to define best solution for maintenance and repair function restructuring for Power generation companies​.
  • Worked to define IT strategy for the power generation company entering power energy market​.

Lean in Oil and gas: upstream

  • Implemented analysis of operations of oil and gas company to define projects for the next year. Defined projects to cut costs by $42 mln. ​
  • Implemented HR policy definition project for the Major oil company to retain local personnel and replace foreign experts​.
  • Beverage production: Implementation of Lean program at beverage company (40 factories across Russia and CIS). Supported in Russia European-wide project. ​
  • Shared service center: Implemented HR and accounting process improvement project in Shared Service Center of the metallurgical company. 20-30% process efficiency improvement.

Lean in Banking industry

  • Implemented “Lean in IT project” for major Russian bank. Reviewed release management process to improve capacity by 20%. ​
