Focus improvements implementation
Achievement of the identified potential in conjunction with the development of Lean Six Sigma skills by your personnel.
We use DMAIC principles to implement projects.

There are 2 options for implementing improvements:​

  • Project predetermined by the client​
  • Implementation of projects defined during diagnostics​

A defined by a client project, depending on its complexity, is implemented using the DMAIC (Definition-Measurement-Analysis-Improvement-Control) methodology by the client's working group under the guidance of a consultant​.

The projects identified at the diagnostics are implemented by the client’s working group by the guidance of consultant:

  • Value chain mapping at a more granular level​
  • Analysis and identification of root causes, formation of the first hypotheses for improvement​
  • Testing hypotheses, forming a list of measures to improve efficiency​
  • Development of work standards to achieve a higher level of efficiency and staff training,​
  • Development of sustainability tools (control charts and visual control system)​

Determination of further steps in the development of the management system​.
