We use DMAIC approach for our trainings:

Lean game, Trans+

We use simulation

The training is delivered using game “Trans+: transport logistics”, in which teams can improve processes several times from basis.
  • 1st round – Understand the game and define issue
  • 2nd round – Make quick improvements
  • 3rd round – Rebalance process
Simulated environment gives clarity to participants how Lean works!

6 week training on real processes
Training is devided in 3 sessions:
  1. Training in class how to define issue and prepare to measure. Then you go to your company and during a week get data from a real process
  2. Than we analyse data and find improvements under supervision of Trainer. Than you do changes in the real process.
  3. In the end we discuss how to make changes stick, calculate effect and get certificate.

STEP 2
We train middle managers, which allows us to involve them in identifying and eliminating the root causes of problems noticeable at their level.​
Training lean on real examples
STEP 3
We train team members in practice (not in moderated cases), discussing your company's processes and with examples from your industry. The working group will work with us side by side to learn as quickly as possible and start implementing lean projects or building a operational excellence system on their own.​

and adapt our program to the needs of the company and the stage of its maturity.​
